I Love the Sunshine After the Rain
Lately, I’ve been really stressed about this whole dropping my phone in the pool thing (and some other random stuff). I was sitting on the sofa in the apartment as a storm was coming in; watching it through the window. It rained, only a little, and then the sun shown through. Its amazing how powerful that burst of sunlight through storm clouds can be! It made me smile, for no particular reason, I’m not really any happier, my problems haven’t gone away. I just realized how much in my life I do have to be thankful for; how I shouldn’t “waste my stress” (if that phrase even makes sense ;p) on little things. I feel so much more relaxed that I’m even going to go as far as quote my dad- sometimes, he says smart, helpful things- shocker!!
